On the “raw” side we find the tuna tartare, fish carpaccio and poke bowl.
Those with a sweet tooth will be tempted by our wagyu burger, crying tiger or half-lobster spaghetti.
We lean on the pass and discuss the day’s suggestions, traditional Caribbean preparations with seared octopus flambéed with loin, pistachio-crusted mahi-mahi, and sautéed vegetables.
As for desserts, we succumb to the praline choux, the passion-mango pavlova, or the unmissable chocolate fondant cake.
