Located on the beautiful beach of Grand Case, Tropic’s Beach Bar was opened in 2023 by Alain, bartender with 25 years of experience at L’Esplanade Hôtel. He teamed up with François, a former private driver who became grill master, to expertly light the restaurant. BBQ with ribs, chicken and fish. Behind the bar, Sha, the bar’s mixologist, creates signature craft drinks like “Tropic’s Explosion” (a blend of mango, passion fruit, coconut, rum, blue curacao and an extra float) and “Lights Out”, a Caribbean-style strong drink. Not forgetting the cuisine with Chef Enor creating a variety of authentic Caribbean dishes and incredible tapas to share. Together, they create a down-to-earth vibe with a true Caribbean vibe.

Il s’est associé à François, ancien chauffeur privé devenu maître du grill, pour éclairer savamment le restaurant. BBQ avec des côtes levées, du poulet et du poisson. Derrière le bar, Sha, la mixologue du bar, crée boissons artisanales exclusives comme le « Tropic’s Explosion » (un mélange de mangue, de fruit de la passion, de noix de coco, de rhum, de curaçao bleu et un flotteur supplémentaire) et le « Lights Out », une boisson forte de style caribéen. Sans oublier la cuisine avec Chef Enor créer une variété de Caraïbes authentiques plats et tapas incroyables partager. Ensemble, ils créent une ambiance authentique friendly island avec une véritable ambiance caribéenne.
